You're really taking this the wrong way. I mean, banning her is fine, but shouldn't you be having a different approach, such as giving her chances? Maybe you should listen to her pleas. She visits this website because she cares. But, if you don't care about her, there's no real point, you know? But, I'm not one to speak like that.
